What We Collect
When you purchase One More Story, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your full card number). We also collect your parent's first name and phone number so we can schedule the storytelling call.
Voice Recordings
Our AI-guided phone conversation with your parent is recorded and transcribed. These recordings are stored securely and used solely to create your story deliverables (audio files, transcripts, and video highlights). We do not use voice recordings for AI training, advertising, or any other purpose.
How We Use Your Information
- To process your purchase and deliver your stories
- To schedule and conduct the storytelling phone call
- To send you transactional emails (purchase confirmation, story delivery)
- To provide customer support
Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate One More Story:
- Stripe — payment processing
- ElevenLabs — AI-powered phone conversations
- Supabase — secure data and file storage
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Sentry — error monitoring (no personal data sent)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
Data Retention
Your story recordings and deliverables are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing us.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to recordings is protected by cryptographic URL signatures. Admin access is protected by secure, HttpOnly cookies.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email privacy@onemorestory.com.
