Overview

One More Story is a service that captures your parent's life stories through an AI-guided phone conversation and delivers them as audio recordings, transcripts, and video highlights. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

The Service

  • You purchase a one-time storytelling session ($79) for one parent or grandparent.
  • You provide your parent's name, phone number, and optional conversation prompts.
  • We schedule and conduct an AI-guided phone call at the agreed time.
  • After the call, we deliver the full audio recording, a written transcript, and a short video highlight.

Consent

By providing your parent's phone number, you confirm that you have their permission for us to call them and record the conversation. At the start of each call, we also obtain verbal consent from the participant.

Ownership

You and your family own the stories shared during the call. We retain a license to store and process the recordings solely to deliver the service. We will never publish, share, or use your family's stories for marketing without explicit written permission.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If we are unable to complete the storytelling call after reasonable attempts, you are entitled to a full refund. Once stories have been delivered, refunds are issued at our discretion. To request a refund, email support@onemorestory.com.

AI Disclosure

The phone conversation is conducted by an AI interviewer, not a human. The AI is designed to be warm, patient, and conversational. We are transparent about this — your parent will know they are speaking with an AI assistant.

Limitations

  • Call quality depends on your parent's phone connection and environment.
  • Transcripts are generated by AI and may contain minor inaccuracies.
  • We do our best to capture every story, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes from any conversation.

Liability

One More Story is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
